Speaking of the creepy crawlies, Governor Paterson recently signed into law the Bedbug Disclosure Act, which will require owners to disclose a one-year history of bedbug infestations to any potential tenants.Additionally, a newly-passed NYS law requires health officials to alert parents if bedbugs are found anywhere on school premises.
